1.- Right to information
In accordance with the provisions of article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereafter LOPDGDD) and article 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Data 2016/679 (RGPD) we inform you of:

1.2.- Purpose of data processing, retention periods and legal basis I
1.2.1.- General purpose
The person in charge of the treatment will use the data you provide us by any means while you maintain the relationship with them and they will be incorporated, as you give them to us, in a database owned by the person in charge of the treatment.
We will use the data to:
- Provide you with the services you request from us.
- Send you information about our activities by email or postal address.
The legal basis of this treatment will be the contractual relationship, or of another type, that you maintain with the person responsible for the treatment and the consent you give by accepting this notice.
The data generated will be kept as long as you maintain the relationship with the data controller and, subsequently, during the limitation period for legal actions which, in some cases, can reach 10 years.
1.2.2.- Image processing.
The person in charge of the treatment documents the public events that he organizes with photographs and videos with the purpose of disseminating them on his website or other spaces for public dissemination of information such as: the website itself, the social networks where the person in charge of the treatment has a created profile and own publications or in the press. You can obtain more information about this section by consulting the website of the data controller or by contacting the DPO.
The treatment of these images is legitimized with the consent of those affected or in application of article 8 of LO 1/1982 on the protection of the right to honor, privacy and one’s image.
The captured images will be kept for historical purposes until the authorization you give us is revoked.
1.3.- Categories of recipients
To fulfill the above purposes, they will have access to your data:
- Personnel duly authorized by the data controller.
- The necessary suppliers to fulfill your demand.
- The public administration in the area of its competences.

1.4.- International data transfer
The controller uses the following platforms that may involve data transfers outside the Schengen area:

All information on the rights of users who have allowed digitized processing can be found in the legal notices on the websites containing the software and applications. Since access is free, we assume that the entire content of the notices has been reproduced. 1.5.- Rights as affected
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to your data being processed, to limit processing, to request data portability, not to be subject to automated individual decisions and to revoke the consent you give.
To exercise these rights, you can write to the addresses of the data controller listed in this policy, or send an email to the address protecciodedades@lasalle.cat with the text “DATA PROTECTION” in the subject and attaching a photocopy of your DNI, NIE or passport to this email.
1.6.- Right of claim
The body competent to know the correct application of the rules on information processing is the Spanish Data Protection Authority, with address at Carrer Jorge Juan n. 6 of Madrid.
1.7.- Obligations of the affected party
The affected party must provide truthful and up-to-date information in all data collection processes, being the only person responsible for the violation of this obligation.
In the data collection forms, the data that must be provided is marked, depending on the request made by the person concerned. Failure to provide this data may mean the impossibility of participating in the activity or providing the requested service.
1.8.- Elaboration of profiles
In order to fulfill the objectives of the data controller and, above all, to provide more personalized, accurate and effective attention to the user, it is sometimes necessary to create profiles of the recipients of the services. In no case is the creation of the profile exclusively automated.
2.- User consent
It is understood that the user accepts the established conditions if he presses the ‘ACCEPT’ button found on all data collection forms, or if he sends a message by email to the contact addresses listed on the website.
The personal data are stored in the general administration database of the person in charge of the treatment which, in any case, guarantees the technical and organizational measures to preserve the integrity and security of the information it deals with.
3.- Security
The general database is equipped with the mandatory security document and has all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of the data you provide us. The processing of personal data is adjusted to the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016.
